My boyfriend had to deal with both his parent's dying within a couple months of each other and Doug and the entire team made it so much easier for him. I truly appreciate each and every member of their team and special thanks to Doug, who did all the paperwork, and to Scottie, who was our officiant, for making it such an easy process!!

Janssen Funeral home took great care of me and my loved one who past. They basicly gave us a casket at half price and they made me feel like part of their family. They were there for me when no one else cared. Long story short my wife past away and her kids tried to f@$! Me over and Janssens had my back. Two thumbs up and six stars out of five.

I just met at Janssen’s Funeral Home with a widow who is a member of my church family. Doug, from Janssen’s, was so friendly and professional and also gave a 5% discount because the church was involved with location of service and making of bulletins. The deceased was also a veteran and Doug made sure the widow knew all the benefits of that. Thank you Janssen’s for helping in this time of need!!

Think about all of the traits you would want for the people who you have chosen to take final care of your loved one. Our recent experience with Janssen's in the valley proved to us that a place with those traits does exist. The director, Sam, was impeccable in every regard. Calm, caring and professional. He addressed all of our questions, answered his phone every single time I called and delivered on every promise.

The service was perfect. His recommendation for a person to officiate turned out to be a marvelous choice. We had expected about 50 folks to attend the service and when 200 showed up we were floored - but Sam wasn't. He made things happen. Brought in extra chairs, printed up more memorial folders, all the while keeping things on track.

So, to Sam and the rest of the staff at Janssen's please accept our heart-felt thanks for the exemplary job you did. You folks made a very difficult day one that we will hold in our memories forever.

I can't say enough about the compassion and personal attention that we received from the Director, Sam Carranza! He explained the process and made sure that the family understood all of the options. He was never pushy in regards to any of the options, which some funeral homes tend to be. Sam took it upon himself to ensure that the family had the best experience possible under the toughest situation ever. He truly cares!!
