(June 7, 2023, 3:21 pm)I am so thankful for a responsible, quick, and quality plumbing company that Rock Solid is. They were able to get us on the schedule within a few days of my inquiry.
Zach called before he showed up to let us know he was on his way. He was very kind and respectful while he was here.
My husband showed him the leaking pipe in the craw space. He worked quickly and efficiently also finding that the crack in the pipe extended further than we had thought.
He had enough pipe in the truck he was able to fix it right then and there.
I will definitely be recommending Rock Solid to everyone and if I need any plumbing or hvac service in the future I will be using them again. Thank you Rock Solid!

We had an issue at one of our rentals and my husband called them and left a voicemail on Sunday, they diagnosed the problem on Monday, and returned with all the parts they needed by Tuesday to fix the problem. The tenants were happy and so were we! We will be using their services again in the future and highly recommend Rock Solid! Thank you so much for being amazing
(December 30, 2022, 4:11 pm)We had the water pipes to our washing machine burst right before we went out of town for the holidays. Kelly the dispatcher is SO nice and understanding, she made sure that someone would come out to help us as soon as we got back in town. Gus and Dave showed up today with a smile and performed quick, high-quality work. I would recommend anyone I know to choose Rock Solid!
(November 30, 2022, 6:05 pm)Our water heater decided to flood our garage Monday evening, so I started down a long list of plumbing and heating companies to come to our rescue.
All were happy to quote us, but installation was anywhere from 5 days to 4+ weeks (that's a lot of cold showers...).
I called Rock Solid on Tuesday and texted them pics of our dead dinosaur water heater, had a quote within an hour and installation scheduled today (Wednesday).
Even better, Dave and Gus (the techs) finished up their other job early and asked if they could be here before 1 to do the install.
Uh, yes, please!
They were friendly, professional, and had our new water heater up and running in about an hour.

(November 28, 2022, 2:01 pm)One hour after making a call for service; Zack was on time and incredibly courteous! His professionalism and quick diagnosis which was a plumbing leak inside my wall led to a fast repair! Although I have an unavoidable hole in my wall to access the leak, Zack made it as painless as possible. Thank you Zack for being such a good guy!! I will definitely use Rock Solid again in the future!
