When a other company did not order parts, I had already waited two weeks. Knik rescued me and this winter I will feel a lot more comfortable. The technician was brilliant, except for muddy shoes. Would suggest those coverings next time.

Knik Heating was incredible! They came out quickly to diagnose why the furnace wasn’t working. When it came down to having to replace it, they worked quickly to get it done. They were very informative, professional, and extremely helpful. We will definitely use them in the future!

We had an amazing experience. They were great workers, even working late to get the job done. We were involved in all decisions as the job went along; there were no surprises.
