Alaska's Select Inn Wasilla

We are currently here for a few days. I don't agree with any of the non good reviews. We travel the country a lot and this is one of my favorite places I've stayed. No time to write out all the good things so just going to say I agree 💯 with all the good reviews. Great having a full kitchen btw. In state for a wedding and have to help cook for some events and it's so perfect. Don't even need to buy utensils.

My friends and I were traveling via bicycles and desperate for warmth and Thai food after a day of pouring rain. Being Alaska in July, EVERYTHING was booked - except for the Alaska select inn. We called, got a rate than had to deliberate. Without asking, they held the room for us in the meantime. Amazing service, the front desk host (don't know her name but she had purple hair) was SO kind and accommodating and we are so lucky to have stumbled across this place. Thanks Alaska select and un-named front desk host, you're the best!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable… nice kitchenette. Would be a good place to stay awhile.

This hotel is spotlessly clean except for curtains in the room. Comfortable, nice view, quality toiletries, friendly and professional staff. Inexpensive finishings in rooms mean some holes in linoleum, bit of paint peeling in the bathroom but nothing of any serious concern. If business brings me back to Wasilla I will stay here again.

Very nice hotel in the Wasilla,AK area. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and courteous. We stayed here for 10 days without any concerns or problems. We will book this hotel again when visiting the area in the future.
