“I came on the first Sunday of the month which they call a Fast and Testimony meeting where members of the congregation bear their own testimonies of the Gospel of Jesus Christ during the first hour of meeting or sacrament meeting (they use bread and water). The environment was inviting, the people were welcoming, and an atmosphere of gratitude for the Savior was present. Meetings typically start at 9am, 11am, and 1pm and are held on Sundays.”
