“This is the crafting store that I consider my source, even over online shopping. So many times I would rather look at an item in person before purchasing, but also have the ability to order online and pick it up curbside or mail delivery. I didn't really care for the timing of either during the pandemic at this store, preferring the Canton store pickup instead. I found it was worth the drive to get a more timely pickup which could affect the availability of items received. The Allen Park store has many women that have helped me with questions, esp in the fabric area. I do have some that I find esp knowledgeable and cut fabric straight without costing loss of inches of costly material. Yes, that does matter, ask someone who sews frequently, esp with the layout of pattern pieces. The store is incredibly neat, in my opinion, considering how many people go through the items and move things about.”

“This location is always clean and Everytime I go it's usually on Sunday evenings after 11pm and the female manager who is always there is always very friendly and always has a smile on her face. I can't remember her name but she has glasses and wears her hair in a bun with a hair net. Never do I see her without a smile on her face. She could be busy with both front counter and drive Thur she seems to manage herself very well. As long as she is working on Sunday evenings I will keep going there. She deserves a recommendation for doing such an awesome job. When we go there the food is always fresh and hot. Never had a time when we got bad food. I just wanted to let you all know that you have a wonderful employee who is doing an amazing job.and I hope she gets recognized for the great job she is doing.”

“This shop is amazing and totally honest. Had back brakes done October 2019. Developed a grinding sound so took it in today March 2020 Pierre said they would check it on the next empty lift. Sure enough saw my car go up in ten minutes. Mechanic worked, test drove, then put it up on lift again. Inspected and worked on it again, test drove and pulled back into lift area. Someone else test drove car( a third time) Jeff then came in and said we are totally replacing both back brakes (2 hours). Because it had continue to make grinding noise. you can trust these folks to fix it right My three hours there were worth it!! No charge of course and many apologies were made. It’s reassuring to have an honest repair shop!”

“You know, this place doesn’t really need me to tell you how great the food is. The real reason why give this place a forest because of the lack of cleanliness in this restaurant. There are ample workers that can clean and usually when I’m here they’re cleaning but this time they were not. All of the seating options were dirty so we had to clean out up ourselves. Obviously, the food was amazing five stars go here if you want to good burger. I always get the 4 x 4 with cheese because you know that’s how we do it.”

“If you need Insurance this is where you want to go. It was about 7 or 8 years ago that i walked in here needing insurance but wasn't sure what I wanted or even needed. Rachel Mendoza helped through that entire process. It was the first time I had ever purchased my own auto insurance so to say the least I had no clue what I was doing. She was patient, answered all my questions and helped me understand the choices I had so I would end up with what worked best for me. I left feeling much better then when I arrived that's for sure. Well today I thought I was going to be my own agent and make some changes to my policy myself online. BIG mistake!!! I called the office at literally 5:03pm mind you it's a Saturday. Rachel answers the phone and I quickly blurted out what I did and her response was no problem, let me log back in and get it fixed for you. YES.... she stayed over an hour fixing the mess I created trying to add a new car and change coverage on another ???? She is seriously amazing and has been since day 1. Thank you Rachel for all your help, I will definitely be a life long customer as long as you're there!!”
