“I did not want to respond to this guys opinion, but I owe it to my loyal customers an explanation why this person's vehicle is not getting done. I went over and beyond for what he is putting out there. I do have photos from start to finish on his vehicle. I presented to him exactly what is wrong with what is visible, I cannot fix what I can not see. The vehicle was in perfect condition when it left my shop. I can honestly say these newer cars have nothing but plastic holding them together. I did not know he wanted super glue holding his front bumper. These new vehicles are supposed to snap together and that's exactly what I did. If other issues are appearing then obviously you're having another problem besides what I've already repaired. I explained this repeatedly to the customer. In turn he took it upon himself to put out there something that was completely wrong about me and my business. I do have other customers I attend to so I know it is hard to get back to everybody, in this case he said I ignored him which I did not. I do have a small business but I also have a life to live. This customer was contacting me on the weekends and around his schedule that worked for him. I went out of my way and still felt like I was not appreciated in what I was giving this person, so yes I decided to have him move along because I did what he paid for. So at this point I was not gonna respond back to finger pointing so I left it alone and decided to Let him resolve this in his own way which had nothing to do with me or my business because again like I said I did what I was paid for additional work that comes along with additional pay. Like he said in his post he paid to get super glue on his bumper. I do not do that, sorry my customers deserve better than that. I have been in business for years and sometimes this is what happens when people try to take advantage of small businesses. I will proceed in doing what i do best, sorry I can not win all customers, but will definitely keep pushing forward for my repeat customers and new customers. Have a blessed day .”

“This is long, so buckle up. :) My experience starts May 18th. I was advised by my sons dr that a prescription had been sent over. I called walgreens and they didn't have it. So I called frys, they didn't have it. I called the dr office and was advised it was sent to expresscripts. This was not for a typical prescription that could wait for delivery. This was for a "bump" until my sons med check appointment. I had 2 pills. Not good. Was told by the dr office to have walgreens transfer the script from express to them. The staff at walgreens tried. And tried. And tried. No response from expresscripts. This morning, I called expresscripts to tear them apart. When I was advised the script that was sent to them had never actually been signed, so they had been trying to contact the dr office to get it taken care of. With no response from the dr office. Papa bear came out. Drove to the dr office. After speaking to the director, a new script had been sent directly to walgreens. I called walgreens, they, after having spoken to me numerous times in the past 3 days, knew the situation already and I was advised they had the new script and were already filling it and it would be ready by the time I arrived. I feel the staff at Walgreens over the past 3 days went way above and beyond to help me and my son in our situation that was created by his dr office errors. I dont know any other pharmacy, or staff that would have done all they had to help. I appreciate every one of them so much!!!”

“Went here today 4/16/2023 girl working the window was awful and rude. Asked me if I wanted hot sauce, I told her yes. She "tossed/threw" my bags of food into my window and didn't even give me hot sauce. Shut the window in my face and didn't open it back up. I was left to walk back inside to get what I needed. I live out of state and was just driving through on the way home. Definitely wouldn't go back wether I lived in the area or not. Food was good but service definitely NEEDS REVAMPED!!!!”
