“Is there a 6th star? Where do I begin with this review? Daria and Chelsea were recommended by a friend. We met while I was in AZ for a social event and my host intoiduced us. The first day, we toured several properties for an "orientation", since we were moving back to PHX after a long hiatus. The ladies were prepared, attentive, communicative and worked hard to get to know us and our needs. We found a home and placed a contingent offer, since our home in Boise was on the (declining) market and had not yet sold. Daria worked with the listing agent to keep him focused on the prize while our Idaho home languished on the market. She negotiated and extension on the AZ property and magic happened! Idaho sold --- we closed there on Thursday and closed Friday in AZ. OMG!!! “Been here about two months, and I’ll probably die here. I have NO complaints nor reason to have one. The office staff are great, and small repair problem was handled efficiently and quickly! I didn’t know what to expect after reading other reviews, but took a chance and am MORE than happy here! I was VERY impressed with the cleanliness of my apartment at move in; fully expected to do my own clean job before bringing in my belongings. The laundry facilities are always clean, and there are ample washers and dryers for everyone. Did I say how affordable the rent is? Well, it is! ???? 1/8/20”
