In two days I had my car back and it was beautiful!!! He had forgotten the price and asked me if He quoted 600.00 or 650.00. “This is my go-to place for tires. They have replaced three of my tires and one of my rims (I am not a great driver ?) and every time, they have given me the best value and service. They never try to gouge me for more money. In fact, they have helped me save money. The guys are really nice, genuine, and extremely helpful. Overall, this is a fantastic, locally owned business. I would much rather come here than some corporate-owned tire shop where they over charge and don’t care about their customers. “Had a great experience with EZ Autobody Chandler and would highly recommend. I was quoted a reasonable rate and timeframe (5 days, other shops quoted me 10+) for a fender, headlight, and bumper. John ended up calling me the day after I dropped of my car (less than 24 hours) and to my surprise, the work was completed. When I dropped off my car for repair, he let me know there could be more damage, as the other company I didn't use had advised, so I was expecting cost could be higher. John promptly called me once the car was disassembled and was prepared with the cost/breakdown of each part. They were reasonable or less than what the other company had quoted. I was also told by the other company I didn't use, that basically once they take the car apart I've committed to the work, because they didn't know how much "hidden" damage there could be. So basically I had no recourse, they wouldn't just put the car back together if the cost was too high. Not John, he let me know up front and let me know that if it was unreasonable he could put it back together or at least try to barring no major damage, with minimal charge (they would have to take it apart so labor costs would be obvious and expected). I knew I could trust him after that point so after I got the updated quote, I was all set. I am comforted to know that my son is driving a safe car and the work was completed with care and quality.”

“Me and my husband have been going to pep boys for a very long time. We specifically go there to see Ben only. In the service department. He is the only reason we ever go to pep boys. Not only is he friendly but he is helpful and makes us feel like we are apart of the family there. “Chris was very helpful and honest with my problem. My GMC was making a terrible vibration, grinding noise when I was in backing up in reverse. Thought it was transmission problems, CV joints, axle going out, etc. He looked at it and told me a bolt had come out from the caliper on front drivers side causing the problem. Replaced part and $20.00 later on my way. I was so relieved. He was absolutely honest, helpful and I recommend Chris very highly. I will return on any future automotive needs. Thanks Chris.”
