“Me and my husband have been going to pep boys for a very long time. We specifically go there to see Ben only. In the service department. He is the only reason we ever go to pep boys. Not only is he friendly but he is helpful and makes us feel like we are apart of the family there. He gives us the best advice on our vehicles and always checks our cars to make sure their safe before trips out of town. I will not go to any other pep boys or pep boys in general unless Ben is there because he makes us feel special. Oh yeah and I’ll drive a whole hour to this location just to see him”
