“Services provided were completed as expected to repair scrapes on the flare above the wheel of my X5. It took three full days when originally quoted one full business day (or 5.5 expected hours of work). There was evidently some trouble getting some parts from the manufacturer, but that puzzled me since the repair appointment has been on their calendar for well over a month. I additionally had to reach out for updates on my own as they weren’t proactively provided to me. For this smaller job I can deal with that, just not ideal compared to some other experiences I’ve had at other collision repair shops in the area.”

“I have been looking for a Honda Talon 1000X for awhile and was able to find a 2020 used one at the chandler ride now location. I went in and was met by the floor manager Daemon and sales rep Landon. Both were extremely friendly and helpful. Ultimately they worked with me for majority of the day and were able to get me a deal I was happy with! Brandon from the service department was great during the walk through as well! Overall it was a great experience and will be back for other items!”
