“Visited this shop to get batteries for my watches. This is a small mom and pop shop with such amazing customer service. Theresa was so sweet and greeted me the moment I stepped in. Her husband gave replaced the batteries in maybe 10 minutes. They also gave me the cards for their neighboring businesses in the plaza which was incredibly thoughtful. Would highly recommend this business to others. Great people, great service !”

“I was on vacation in AZ laying by the pool when we decided we wanted a tattoo to remember the trip. We called and they were available for a walk-in. When we got there 10 minutes later we were greeted by the staff, who were all super friendly and funny! The shop was very clean and could tell a lot of effort was put into the ambiance! They listened to what we wanted and drew it up and had us in and out! I love the placement and that tat!!! If I lived near by this would be my place.”

The waitress even remembered my drink the 2nd day and food. Amazing since they see so many people daily especially on the weekends. Even the valet personnel welcomed me back. “Today I rented a 5' X 10' storage unit for the first time in years. I was very impressed with the facility but more than that the guy who took me in the golf cart to see the unit before I rented it (Todd) was very thorough explaining everything and a genuinely nice guy. I felt like he really cares about what he does for Storage West and wanted to make sure I felt good about the process and the unit I was renting. It was such a good surprise and I text my wife when I left telling her "this place is great!". AND, after researching A LOT of storage facilities, Storage West by far has the best rates.”
