The gym is clean and has all the equipment needed for the students. The workout, from beginning to end, is amazing. The instructors encourage and motivate you. They offer many different types of classes. They not only have self-defense classes but offer a wide variety of fitness classes too. I love the family atmosphere and care they have for the students. If you need to sit out for a moment, they encourage you to do so and come back when you are ready. Nothing is ever forced on you. “I just left Ricky Davis and I am HIGHLY pleased with my taper and line up! I’m from the East coast and was having a real hard time finding a good and decent barber. He came highly recommended by a coworker, took the chance and I’ve finally have found my barber! Yes back East haircuts are A LOT cheaper but there are like a thousand barbers and barber shops in the hood, not out here. Dude was real chill, good convo and actually listened to what I was saying and talking about! I will pay $40 for a taper and line up day with no problems, for real!???”

“Best of the best. Been attending for over a year and all the instructors are motivating, friendly, and amazing teachers. All classes are tough, but at your current level. There is no guilt about modifying or not being "good enough". They push you to your personal limit and I have grown so much with them over the last year. The students are like family, too. It is a great community. They have also been putting out workout videos while temporarily closed, which shows how much they care about their students. I miss them all and can't wait to train with them again soon!”
