From day one I felt welcomed and very comfortable with both Doctors and how helpful and friendly their front and back office staff treated me. They are extremely attentive about setting your appointments and getting you any referrals you need and very quick on refills. Never have I had a problem getting a quick unscheduled appointment, they could always find or make room to squeeze me in. When a medication was to expensive they gave me free samples to hold me over but most of all I was impressed with their knowledge, always amazes me when I go in to see them for a problem I have had for years and they just seem to pull it out of thin air and figure out what so many other doctors have not been able to. So I now with confidence take my mother in law and my father in law to see these two wonderful Doctors and they both have been thrilled with their experience’s as well. “I was very happy with the process of my gallbladder. Dr. Stevenson was very nice the people in the office was nice too. Until I need them to send my paper work to HR. I called to find out if they fax my paperwork and she had me on hold for 26 minutes. She never pick up to ask me if HR received the paperwork. It's been two week after my procedure and paperwork still wasnt process they lost it and they're very busy.”
