“Tried to check in but power was out due to street construction. Desk attendant offered to call me when power was fixed. Also gave me a bottle of water which was nice. Called me on what i think was her cell a few hours later and told me power was still out. Offered me room at another hotel which i accepeted. Excellent customer service!”
