“Spent about 45 min in the store comparing the new Samsung S20 & Note & asking questions about my account & the promotion they have going on. Bobby Steptoe took great care of me! He was able to answer 98% of my questions & didn't hesitate to ask a colleague before saying anything he wasn't 100% sure about. Due to my phone being encrypted I couldn't complete the transaction in the store that day but Bobby treated me like a valued customer, gave me a personal touch, & I was his sole focus while I was there. Been with T-Mobile since they were Voice Stream (almost 20 years!) & customer service like Bobby gave me is why I'll be a customer of theirs for another 20 years. Thanks Bobby!!”

“Bought a fridge last week and when we got it to our clinic, unfortunately the door was damaged. Called and the lady was super nice and advised to return for an exchange. Brought the fridge back and the super nice gentleman helped us unload it and actually just replaced the door right on the spot. So rad! Didn't have to wait for the replacement or anything. Great customer service and super personable staff. Not sure about these other reviews or their experiences. Mine was fantastic. I mean, bummer the fridge's door was damaged from the manufacture but the staff at this location were exceptional in helping to resolve the issue.”

“So a while back, I came in with a minor software question. Eddie was so knowledgeable he knew exactly what was going on. Within a few minutes he resolved my issue. We then looked at my account, and he noticed I was way overdue for an upgrade. I was using an iPhone 8 and had no idea how far behind I was. Yeah, we all know the story where we walk in with one problem and walk out with a new phone. But this time it was absolutely the right call. My monthly agreement increased by only $4 and I walked out with a brand new iPhone 11. I love my phone. Love it! Eddie, sorry it took me so long to write this review. “I love this location! Home depot is the best place to go for all your needs. We were looking at lumber and a lady walked by. She started chatting with my kids and then offered us water since it was hot! She told us about the kids Saturday event they do the first Saturday of every month.
