Prior to Dr. Hu's treatments, arthritis pain was making my walking torturous. The pain relief from Dr. Hu's acupuncture expertise is so very welcome. The gym is clean and has all the equipment needed for the students. The workout, from beginning to end, is amazing. The instructors encourage and motivate you. They offer many different types of classes. They not only have self-defense classes but offer a wide variety of fitness classes too. I love the family atmosphere and care they have for the students. If you need to sit out for a moment, they encourage you to do so and come back when you are ready. Nothing is ever forced on you. “This place is GREAT, and Loretta is AWESOME! Took my son here for cystic acne, it was really, really bad. It hurt me to see how it was affecting him. Took him to Loretta and after 1 session it was getting better already. Took him to more follow up sessions and the large cyst is gone, looks amazing. I am still taking him here as needed for acne treatment and facials and his skin looks so much better. I can't thank Loretta enough! And she has Sunday appointments!”
