“Shopped today at La-Z-Boy in Chandler with Joe. We went in to get 1 recliner for me. His service was outstanding. He made sure that I 'fit' & all was perfect for the recliner - feet on floor, seat not too deep. He showed me several different ones that he felt were right for me. He took his time & showed me all the different options. After I decided on the chair I was interested in, my husband decided to try one for him. We ended up purchasing 2 chairs & since our La-Z-Boy sofa bed is old & the mattress is very worn, we had Joe show us the mattresses for our sofa bed. They had one that is a 'blow-up' mattress & should be perfect for any visitors we may have. Joe explained the features of all the chairs & the mattress. So, after wanting 1 recliner, we ended up with 2 & a sofa bed mattress - all for really great prices. Joe was extremely helpful & I would recommend him & La-Z-Boy to anyone - the quality of their furniture, their warranties & their customer service are the best. “This place is great I took my 7 year old daughter here. She had lost a lot of teeth early for her age. Somehow that caused her to have a narrow pallet, her teeth were a mess. Dr Dickerson inserted a pallet spreader in her mouth and a couple of braces on her top teeth. Within 6 weeks there was a drastic change. They were even willing to let us make monthly payments over an 18 month period of time. The office is extremely kid friendly and fun. They even give their patients a free ice cream cone before they leave. Lucky to find such a good place! 👍🏻👍🏻😊”

“I came in to get my air bag fixed due to the recall. Mike Bradley saw me waiting in the service area and came to me to see if I needed help. He got me scheduled early the next day at my convenience and was there promptly to meet with me the next morning. He made sure to include the free inspection after asking if I had time. My car was returned within the time estimated. Everyone I spoke to was nice and the waiting area was accommodating for when I needed to work on my laptop inside and when I ate my lunch outside. I came for a free fix and got free service and was treated like a paying customer. I know where I will go to buy a CRV when my wife wants a new car.”

“This was my first visit to any LensCrafters Store. I visited the Chandler Fashion Square location in AZ. Although apprehensive because this was also my initial use of vision benefits under my Medicare Advantage policy, I knew I needed the eye exam and glasses desperately. The completion of my exam and final purchase required two visits, however this was due to my need for further financial research. Dillon was the associate who helped me throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and available to answer all of my questions. At the end of the first visit, one pair of glasses became unavailable but rather than leaving me uncertain about options, Dillon took ownership of the issue, made his recommendations, and I didnt have a minute of doubt. All of the specialists and staff offered exceptional customer service. I would recommend this store!!”
