Patrick was awesome in my first visit and referred us to a LG model we hadn't considered that was sure a lot more affordable than Samsung and Apple phones. My wife is thrilled with the new phone and the camera so I thank Patrick tremendously for taking such great care of us. It took a lot of time to get switched over and he was patient and kind through the whole process. My second trip was because the new phone didn't finish activating as it should have. Somehow we missed a TOC or license agreement so nothing worked but the camera. We stopped in the next day to get some help, and Austin was equally professional and kind enough to make it all work as it should and my wife is happily enjoying all the features of her new LG phone. Brought the fridge back and the super nice gentleman helped us unload it and actually just replaced the door right on the spot. So rad! Didn't have to wait for the replacement or anything. Great customer service and super personable staff. Not sure about these other reviews or their experiences. Mine was fantastic.
