“Dr Ly has been my cardiologist for several years and there is no one else I would go to. He always has time to answer all of your questions and always has a smile and reassuring attitude. Sometimes you may have to wait a little longer than you would like, but always remember he is a heart doctor and you aren't his only patient. He may be called away to emergency room for someone in need. Wouldn't you like to know if you needed him he was there for you? Dr Ly is an excellent physician! His PA, Lou, is wonderful also. Office staff is great. Highly recommend Dr Ly.”

“Yesterday I drove my vehicle through the automated wash. When the wash was completed I pulled into a bay where the vacuums are located in order to dry my vehicle. When I started drying the windows and got ready to dry the body I noticed that there was still a lot of dirt on the body, especially on the rear. I happened to see an employee and mentioned it to him. He told me that the owner was in the front and to let him know. Justin, the owner was amazing. He said that he would give me a full refund or that he would turn on one of the manual wash bays (no charge) for me to spray down some of the areas. I elected to have him turn on the bay. Not only did he turn on the manual bay for me he actually washed my entire car himself and then gave me change to use the automatic dryer. Great Experience. Nice to know that they take care of their customers. Thanks Again.”

“I saw a specialist at another office for a surgical consult on a Tuesday morning. I had to get approval from my primary care, Hatfield Medical, along with an EKG, blood work and a chest x-ray before surgery could be scheduled. I stopped into Hatfield on my way home and asked the front desk when the earliest appointment time would be to see Dr. Hatfield. She was very friendly and made the appointment for the following afternoon, which was Wednesday. Hatfield did the EKG and blood work in their office and sent me to Simon Med for the x-ray. By Thursday all results were in and Hatfield forwarded all the info to the surgical specialist, who contacted me on Friday afternoon to schedule my surgery. I don’t think I’ve ever had so much cooperation and coordination between medical offices run so smoothly. Very satisfied with the level of care provided by Hatfield!”

After being enthusiastically welcomed by the front cashier, then a man stepped up and literally took me everywhere I need to go and step by step helped me find everything that I was looking for. “My whole family needed eye appointments, including my two young boys. One of my sons was complaining about having to get his eyes checked, saying it was a waste of time (I honestly think he was a bit nervous about what was going to happen). We arrived and were greeted by the staff. Dr. Wine examined the eyes of both of my boys, my husband and myself. He was competent and kind, helping to calm my little guy’s fears. My son (who thought he didn’t need his eyes checked) ended up needing glasses. The staff helped us find a pair of glasses which my son LOVES to wear, as well as assisted him in putting in contacts for the first time. They were SOO patient with him! Because of my son’s prescription, they were able to make his glasses the same day. We were even able to leave our appointment with the glasses!! The best part of the appointment was when he put on his new glasses and said, “Wow!! Everything is so clear!” My son read every single sign on the way home! I would recommend Dr. Wine and his staff to anyone. Amazing experience and people.”
