“I cannot say enough good about Chris Jaska at RV Arizona. Additionally, we feel we were treated very fair by all. We were jammed for time, and had to do the deal almost all by emails, and phone calls. We had to drive 1500 miles to pick up the RV, and make a fast turn around. That left me no choice but to not do a nice long test drive before sealing the deal. Because of that I took their claim of them "testing out major components and "test driving" literally. They did fulfill most of that by doing a great job repairing the genset, and refer. However, the turn signal worked momentarily then did not work the entire 1500 mile drive back home, nor did the cruise-control. I take most responsibility for not doing the test drive and finding such obvious things myself, but am holding back a full Five-Star rating for them not finding the obvious turn signal issue, and the inoperative cruise-control. All said and done, I still highly recommend Chris Jaska, and RV Arizona.”
