“I have been going here for the past year and I absolutely love this place! My gps had the wrong address, so I called to see if I could still come late or if they needed me to reschedule. They were kind enough to still take me. Then I had an amazing dental assistant, Jamie! She was so friendly and polite. She made my cleaning enjoyable and I felt like we were friends. The dentist doctor is also amazing, I’m sorry I can remember her name, but she is wonderful. She answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. “I need ear cleaning every 6 to 12 months because of my type of ear wax. I have tried all different methods in many different places. Dr. Ketterer's approach is by far the best, quick, easy and very effective. He uses some sort of vacuum and he carefully and completely removes the wax without having to soak the wax before hand and without having to deal with flushing like with other methods.”

Jenn and Claudia made me feel welcome when checking in. Lisa was great in prepping me before the extraction. Dr. Kelly was great! So quick and dare I say painless?! Great job team! The after care baggie, info packet and vanilla mint chapstick were the cherry on the cake.
