The owner Mike is one of the coolest dudes I've had the opportunity to talk with and his crew mimics him with how kind and serving they are. Every time I have been to Four Silos, I am astonished with how great their food tastes, and how well the food pairs with the beers they have on selection. You can legitimately tell that a lot of thought was put into the menu and the creation of the food and beer available because not only is each food item super unique, so is every beer on tap.
