“When I got here it was busy, but not overwhelming, but an hour later it was packed. Still there did seem to be plenty of employees working and the checkout line moved faster than it appeared that it would. Staff was friendly and even with it so busy it was surprisingly not as disorganized as you would think. I can't complain.”

“Love Dilliards. So many beautiful things. Slightly pricey, but great quality. When you do get a good deal there, watch the return policy. Usually only 3 days. The normal policy only allows 30 days. Not good at Christmas/holiday time when you've started shopping in October. Hate their return policies, but if it keeps them in the black and participating in brick and mortar, I'll take it.”
