This is my first child and I had no idea what to expect with visits and didn’t feel I was given good direction. I saw a different person every time I went to my appointments and just they weren’t very personable. The Birth Haven was a breath of fresh air. I feel so loved when I walk through the door and honestly feel so comfortable with the process of labor. I love the staff, they are the BEST cheerleaders! I feel like my husband and I are looking forward to this experience. I really appreciate all of these amazing women and their knowledge. I know this was the best decision for my family and myself.”

“Took my father-in-law to see Joey because he kept taking his hearing aid out. Said everything was too loud and he couldn't hear TV. My father-in-law is a retired navy veteran and stuck in his ways insisting he didn't need one. Mr. Trutwein was able to get him fitted with little fuss. Now when I call my mother-in-law, I can hear her and not have to shout over the TV being so loud because my father-in-law isn't using his hearing aids. Now I just have to talk my father into going!”

“In my opinion the staff is GREAT at this location. I just completed my 18th gallon contribution of platelets at this location yesterday. They are friendly, courteous and professional. As soon as I walk in the door they look up and say Hello Mr. Bye, even if they are in the back ground. Some of the good employees have transferred out of this location like Tina and Noel, but still have excellent individuals like Gina, Gloria and the young gentleman with my same date of birth month and day, but not year. My veins have a tendency to roll, especially in my left arm so the experienced techs makes sure a new tech is aware of this fact before they attempt to stick me. There are other employees there that are great, I just don’t remember their names. They all sincerely care about your comfort level and taking great care of you. James Bye”

“We stayed at the Hyatt Place in Salt Lake City and loved it. So we went out of our way to stay at a Hyatt Place and it did not disappoint. We were greeted with a really friendly front desk lady that started upon our landing in AZ. I noticed a text from someone asking when we expected to check in. Since we landed at 10 a.m., I asked if we could check in as soon as possible. The reply was immediate: your room will be ready. How about that for service and friendliness? Room was great. Love the design of their rooms. Clean, everything that one should expect from a hotel room. Great breakfast, as usual. Nice pool, quiet with clean towels available poolside. I originally gave 4 stars but upon writing this review, I couldn't find anything "nitpickable" so I grudgingly added a fifth star. It is well deserved but the crotchety old man in me was holding it back. Well done, Hyatt Place.”
