I was referred to him by a Veteran who told me that Ruben was also a Veteran and likes being able to help Vets in need. Was he ever right! He not only go the job done right the first time, he was way below what dealers and other automotive repair facilities quoted for the work. Additionally, an unrelated problem occurred which he jumped in and fixed before he would release the vehicle to us. An honest and honorable mechanic! He even got the vehicle inspected and passed for us. It was MORE than worth the drive from Tempe out to Glendale. Good work, done right the first time at a fair price. “Dr. Lau is someone that you feel like you've known forever upon first meeting. She's so very kind, funny, down-to-earth, and incredibly intelligent. She is extremely proactive and really knows what she's talking about. She knows the right tests to order and when to stay conservative as well as when it's time to get more aggressive. She talks *with* you and not *to* you, which I also think is really important. She involves you in healthcare decisions, and takes your opinion into consideration. She always answers all of my questions and never makes me feel rushed. She also has a full-time phlebotomist (who is also great) in her office so when she orders labs, you don't have to go to an outside lab and wait if you don't want to. I've had labs drawn a few times at this office and never once has the phlebotomist missed a vein.”
