F45 Training Arrowhead

My experience at F45 has been stellar! Jordan, Brenna and the other trainers are so knowledgeable! They have made corrections to my stance and pay attention at all times to correct my form and execution of the exercises. I really appreciate their kindness, smiles and light heartedness during intense exercises. I’m so glad I made the decision to join F45 and look forward to getting stronger and building more stamina. I’m not doing bad for a 61 year old! I also love that each day is a new experience and targeting different muscles, making each day a total body workout in 45 minutes! Very effective! If I can do it, anyone can. I highly recommend F45!

I needed to lose weight and as I get older it’s become really hard to shed the pounds. Prior to F45 I was nervous to use weights to lose lbs but this program has showed me weights helped me gain muscle mass and lose weight! Also love the encouragement from coaches to keep going even when I didn’t see the scale move for weeks. Loved the 8 week challenge too! Highly recommend this location!

The classes have been AMAZING! F45 has the best atmosphere handsdown, all of the coaches are so compassionate in what they do day in and out. You really feel comfortable and challenged every time no matter if you're a beginner or more experienced. Every class pushes you and teaches you something new. It has REALLY helped me with my form, with the help of all the coaches and feeling confident pushing my self harder every time knowing I have the coaches and my team mates cheering me on. - Victoria

F45 is the in perfect mix between the push you didn’t know you needed and the support you always wanted. The coaches always make sure to know your limits, they can push you harder or help you with your form to get there. Love this place!! Highly recommend!!

I’m a huge fan of F45. I have a very busy schedule as a working professional and a mother of two active children. This workout allows me to get in an out within an hour. I don’t have to overthink what I’m going to do at the gym. The workouts are preplanned and reviewed at the start of the class. There are great trainers there that will push you harder than you thought you could train. Shoutout to Jordan, Brenna, Nicolette and Xavier.

I’d also like to mention the amazing F45 family that has come together at this location. I love showing up and training with the family I’ve made!
