Pep Boys

Pep Boys will have my business for when I have repair needs. I had first taken my vehicle to another shop, Kerry's Car Care, to diagnose a wheel scrapping sound issue and they estimated over $2k to make brake repairs and told me it was dangerous to drive in this condition (had to pay them $200 just to get this information). I declined their service and came to Pep Boys and am glad I did. Rodney alleviated my concerns of danger by asking some commonsense questions and scheduled an appointment. Appointment day came and the technicians and Rodney came to the same conclusion of what needed to be done and took care of it. My vehicle feels great again and there is no sound from the wheel. I also did not pay $2k for the repair. Integrity and accountability go a long way for me and that is why I'll only go to Pep Boys for my repair needs.

This place WINS HANDS DOWN when it comes to getting my oil changed and the price was the lowest compared to all the other places I checked out(my 4runner takes synthetic oil and not just 5 quarts it takes 7 quarts).

There was NO WAIT TIME!!! As soon as I pulled in they were able to take my suv back. The store manager (JOHNNY) WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE AND DIDN'T NEED ANYTHING WHILE I WAS WAITING. HE ALSO TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN SOME THINGS REGARDING MY TIRES THAT I WAS UNAWARE OF. This store definitely wins in every category possible.
