(February 19, 2015, 11:00 am)OMG!!! This is the most awesome place to get motivated for health!! I enjoy my work outs immensley and I must say I have been lazy most of my life (work out wise)! They are so professional and keep you motivated even when you feel you have done your last leg lift or heaviest weight they keep you PUMPED to keep on going!
I am so blessed that I found FORZA HEALTH AND FITNESS!!! And you will be too!! So call them!!!
