“I made it there a few minutes early and they opened right at 8am, which was great! Some other Pep Boys that I have been to have either opened later than what the hours stated or didn’t open at all. Patrick assisted me and he was very sweet. He assured me that he would call me when my car was ready. I liked this area because I was able to walk around and go to shops near by. When I was done, there was a little area in the back of the shop where I could wait. Patrick called me and I also received a text to let me know that my car was ready. Patrick had my keys ready and asked if I had any questions. This place was great and the service was awesome. Will definitely be coming here more for my car. I drove my car and she felt like a brand new car. Thanks Pep Boys- Northern!”

“I needed my F-550 towed, which isn't an easy thing to have done. They dispatched Jason almost immediately. He did a fantastic job! My truck was unable to start or move and Jason was able to move it around with his tow truck and winch. It was awesome to see. I will always call these guys if I need another tow.”
