“Honestly, I was stuck between a 3.5 and 4. But what keeps it as a four are the people from the desk to the shop. They were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, honest and accommodating. I needed fast work prior to taking my truck off road and out of state and they worked genuinely to make it happen. The work was done and done well. However, be cautious when given a time for 1. Drop off versus 2. When work on the vehicle will actually begin. TWO times I was provided with times that were off. That said, this is a new shop and it seems they’re working hard to get the ebb and flow right. I bet four and five stars become the norm. Thanks, Brakes Plus.”

The manager was great and helped me talk through what I needed in a shoe and the girl who rang up my purchase was also great. I didn’t get their names but it was a great experience and I will just go back there the next time I need to get shoes!”

“We have been using Lisa @ Pink Mantis for years. She is consistent and changes her treatments based on what we are seeing. Example. We started seeing a ton of Scorpions, and honestly until last year we have hardly seen any, changed her treatment to target the exact areas we were seeing them. That next week we had a significant decrease in seeing them, and I go out every night with my black light looking for them. She takes time to educate us on what works the best and what we can expect. We use her monthly. High recommended.”

“My boy had his hair cut by Lourdes today and she did a wonderful job. I highly recommend her. My only disappointment was that we typically receive a receipt which includes a discount on the next hair cut. I guess I took for granted our receipt would include this, but found later that it didn't. Not sure if they've stopped doing this, but I think it's a great idea.”

“Brought my wife’s Jeep to have the hood painted. Quick appraisal and instant appointment. Great price. When I picked it up it had just rained, so it had some spots. My wife drove it home and I didn’t look at it closely until Saturday. Wow. I was really impressed. The paint is flawless and matched perfectly. When I looked inside, the interior had been vacuumed and dusted. I know it’s a little thing, but that’s why I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Caliber. Great staff in the office. The building itself is nice and kept up with, their diagnosis is very informative and they visually show you everything that they identify about your car. This was awesome because I truly know what was occurring and I'm not just being told some gibberish about what money I need to pay. Overall, I was highly impressed and would recommend to anyone who needs car servicing. Also, they have a text service that gives you status updates and a free shuttle service so you don't have to wait there the whole time!”
