“Obviously ONE unhappy customer after 35+ years in business is too be expected. Pro-Sound & Security has NEVER had any sanctions from the Registrar of Contractors on any project ever. Some customers just don't listen, and don't use there app in the right settings, this frustrated us, and the manufacturer's tech support team. We resolved every problem, and we did have one camera cable that was damaged and pulled a new one in 100+ degree temperatures in the client's attic, why because we want every client to be satisfied. Sadly some people there is no satisfying. And no I did not save his passwords in my log book, merely IP addresses, and DDNS server info that forwards video out to his phone(s) needed. He the actual log in passwords only to himself, and lost them once, wasteing more tech support team time in Florida helping him recover them. I give this customer five thumbs down. “The manager Javier helped me the 2 times I had to go into tmobile recently for issues with my Apple Watch and iPhone and he was awesome! Very helpful, polite, and great conversation. Lupe also helped me when I had to go back and he got me in contact with the Apple store and now I have a brand new iPhone 8!! No more cracked screen and my speakers actually work now! This store is very clean and the staff is great I would recommend this store over any other in Goodyear and I’ve been with tmobile for 18 years so I’ve been to all the stores in the valley!! Thank you guys!!”
