By and far one of the best first impressions I have had leaving a new gym. Workout was unique and challenging and Coach Pain was encouraging but motivating throughout the entire class. We look forward to working out here again!

This place is Amazing. Today was my first time visiting and it was great. Really great equipment, Coach Pain motivates you and helps you push through. All while checking on you and the others. After seeing one session I kept thinking, what am I doing? But once your get started Coach Pain and the other members help you out and it was worth it. Am I going back? Heck yeah!!

Great facility, good quality workout equipment. Coach Pain real down to earth trainer, trains you for life to be prepared for all aspects of life including personal achievements and goals.

For all those people who desire to be the best version of themselves coach pain academy is the place for you. I have always been in shape played sports on a high level and thought if I ever needed to start up again after a season of slacking it would be noting, until I met coach he is truly gifted at what he does inspiring you pushing you motivating on all levels. This has been the challenge i have been waiting for the one that would show me my weak areas and build me up to do what I’ve never done. So if you are willing to pay the price sweat and endure a little pain to retrieve all that unlocked potential sitting dormant in the fibers of your being waiting to be activated then go see coach pain.

So thankful I stumbled across this amazing facility! It is truly one of a kind! Everyone who comes here is here to get work done not BS around! Coach Pain is SO motivating and does not allow one to slide or perform less than what he knows they are capable of. The environment is so inviting and very family oriented. Kids working out with parents on occasion is such a great thing to see! Love this place! Thanks for offering such an awesome gym to the public. I truly feel lucky to have found you all!
