CrossFit Incite

I'm not an athlete, I sit at a desk all day for work.

I was nervous about CrossFit because, I watched the videos; you know of people doing handstand push-ups while I wasn't sure if I could crank out a push-up.

The coaches are great, I feel that each one of them cares about my development. They scaled workouts to my level but encouraged me to push myself. They didn't make me feel bad about where I was and taught me proper techniques. I'm at 2 months of continuous training and I've come a very long way. I'm thankful for my Incite team.

Been coming to this gym for over a year and I LOVE IT. The workouts are fantastic, the community is amazing, and the location is perfect for my wife and I. You can tell the owners of the gym really care for the property and the people who go each day. Seriously the most amazing and welcoming gym I've ever been to.

Crossfit incite is an amazing gym! I came to Crossfit Incite two different times in my fitness journey, one being at the very beginning(2019) and the other more recently after a couple months of using a personal trainer and a normal corporate gym(2020); The first time attending Incite in 2019 was intimidating and new. I had 0 knowledge of weights and lifting and even with guidance from the trainers i still struggled through my first month. That's when i decided to take a step back in fitness and attempt something more my speed. After rejoining in 2020 i saw just how much this gym has grown. They have established a great environment for those of all fitness levels to enjoy and learn the sport of Crossfit. If you are a newby to the fitness world i definitely recommend their SWEAT classes. Dont be afraid to ask questions - what really gave me my moneys worth in this membership was when i reached out and personally got to know a handful or members and coaches. It made me excited to go to my workouts and even easier to learn and absorb what was going on. If you are looking for a community to boost start your fitness CROSSFIT INCITE IS THE GYM TO BE AT!

More than a CrossFit Gym; great members and coaches. As a newbie beginner to CrossFit the coaches made me feel completely comfortable during classes and are so patient as I ask a ton of questions regarding form and technique. The sweat classes are awesome; like an added bonus that was unexpected!

Love this gym. Great, supportive family-friendly atmosphere. I also appreciate the different class options they have based on what you’re in the mood to do - and time options, which makes it easier for me to stay consistent since my work schedule is all over the place.
