(December 18, 2019, 11:37 pm)I walked into CFO about 8 months ago, for the free trial. It turned out to be the best decision I could’ve made. I was warmly welcomed by the coaches and current members. With awesome programming, coaching, and supportive members, I kept coming back. I’ve watched my entire mindset change, about exercise and nutrition, in the best way possible, and I have to give a ton of credit to CFO. If you want a great CrossFit gym, you’ve found it. If you want an even better community, you’ve found that too.
(December 12, 2019, 6:27 pm)The owners of CFO are very welcoming and genuine people. The location is bigger than the average box and always clean. The coaches are knowledgeable and motivating. The programming is effective and challenging. The coaches provide safe modifications if needed so everyone can do the same workout together. The CFO community provides motivation and support for one another.
