“We just moved my 87 year old mother here- I have so many positive things to say about Brookdale East. The staff is very caring. The facility is lovely and smells clean- it's tastefully decorated and the grounds are nicely kept. There are 4 separate "neighborhoods" (that connect together if residents want to stroll around) and in each small neighborhood the residents eat dinner together like a family in a smaller dining room. They give mom her space; just enough care to still feel independent & in control of what she wants. They don't force anything on her that she doesn't want to do and we appreciate that cuz she's feisty lol. Also I'd like to add that despite the nursing shortage going on across the country right now, Brookdale East Mesa appears to be fully staffed at this time which is impressive.”

“Dr. Manisha Chandar, is an excellent Dr. I met her in 2017 when I was diagnosed with Lymphoma a type of cancer. She focused on providing me the best treatment to get me cancer free. I felt that was in a really good hands because she worked hard since the first day. Dr. Chandar called me to follow up on how I was feeling after my first days of chemotherapies . God put her on my way to help me go through and get heal. Dr. Chandar is very professional and she is very kind. I do recommend her 1000000%”

“East Valley Endoscopy is a wonderful facility. The staff are all professional and at the same time extremely friendly. I was greeted with a smile on the morning of my procedure and with smiles all through the procedure. When I awoke from my 20 minute nap, I was greeted to Apple juice and more smiles. “Dr. Nabong is amazing pediatrician. You see her in person everytime. She is patient and always takes time at the end of each visit to ask you haveany questions. SHE ALSO HAS "SICK" ENTRANCE AND A "WELL" ENTRANCE. So important to me, if my child is just going in for a routine check-up I'm glad my daughter isn't sitting next to someone with the flu.”

“My dad was placed at Emeritus Nov 2012 after touring several facilities. We were treated like family every visit we went to see him--offered coffee or drinks while he ate lunch. David, the facility maintenance and all around "make it right" guy became Phil's special buddy. Sandy, the unit coordinator, was awesome as was Melissa whom Phil trusted with his personal care. Too many people to mention who cared for him but you know who you are. The facility was clean and homelike down to the pictures on the wall and the cupcakes or cake in the entry room. Residents are treated like family and never neglected. Despite the drive to see Phil, the facility was chosen, not because it was close to us, but because it was the right place for him. When he passed in March 2013, the staff was as caring to his widow as they would be to family. I would definitely recommend Emeritus (East Mesa or another location) as your care home for your loved one.”
