“Took my 2011 Kia Soul in for an oil change and vehicle inspection. (I want to keep this car forever, so maintenance is a high priority for me.) Would very much recommend. Don and Chris were very professional through the whole process, from making the appointment to driving out the door. Appreciate the text message reminders. They honored a coupon I had previously. They started and finished my appointment right on schedule. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary water, soft drinks, and popcorn...not essential but nice. I was able to observe their interactions with other customers, which were courteous and professional. Honored my request not to have tires rotated. No high pressure, just pointed out potential future needs. Left with a car in good condition AND newly washed! Would highly recommend, especially for women who might feel a little uncomfortable in that kind of setting. All of my questions were addressed, and with respect. Costs were reasonable. Five stars!”

“Friday after work I stopped by because I had a screw in my left rear tire. Big names shops wouldn’t repair because of where is was located. I pulled up to Martins tire shop to see if I could get it repaired he was walking out to me before I got out of my truck. Instead of him saying yes let me fix it he said well let me see if it went all the way through. I was surprised being a female he could have looked and charged me and honestly I wouldn’t know the difference, but he didn’t! He pulled out the screw and didn’t charge me! This man is honestly and I will be going back because of that! Not many business around like that anymore! Go see him if your looking for good customer service and honesty!”
