He’s was friendly and courteous and very helpful with his knowledge explaining things in detail based on the questions I had. “I am from California and was looking for two rails for my Ashley Furniture bed. I spoke with Chad and even though he was out of state he was able to help me. The cost he gave me plus the shipping was 1/2 of what an Ashley Furniture store told me. I went ahead and ordered it and Chad told me it's going to be a 2-4 week lead time although he said it should be sooner. I believe the warehouse the rails came from was in California because i got them in about 3 days. All in all, everything worked out great and Chad was super helpful!!!”
