“Preface: DIYer / not a professional. My household has a lot of Arizona Bark Scorpions due to its location next to nature, and I was looking for a DIY store in the valley to assist me in eradicating these pests more effectively. I went to a different DIY pest control store first before coming here, and I have to say this is a night and day difference in terms of professionalism as well as products offered. Greg from Bug & Weed Mart was amazing, very knowledgeable, knew what he was talking about, knew about the products, had first-hand experience in dealing with scorpions, and carried a wide-array of products to deal with the pests. It was awesome speaking to Greg, I purchased some products, Terro Scorpion Killer which I have used before and works extremely well ($13/bottle) as well as a generic/store-brand duster for around $22. Very fast experience, large parking lot, they offer all kinds of products for all sorts of pests from small DIY operations to large commercial quantities for pest control products. I would recommend coming here for pest control DIYers/first time DIYers/professionals, Greg was very professional, very knowledgeable, and fast.”

“Such a cute little store! I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the employee that was in the store at the time was kind and helpful, but didn't hover when I didn't need help. I needed to laminate an item and it was over 20 ft long. It only cost like 10 dollars! The lamination machine was easy to use and I had space to work and lay out my items. The lamination is also very thick and better than any other lamination machine I've used before. I've already recommended it to others!”

“I've been taking my pets here for 4 years now. They helped me diagnose and treat bladder cancer in my dog, and then eventually helped me euthanize her when that time came. Dr. Zenk spent SO much time with me throughout those months. They text me, called me, and emailed me almost daily during that time. Now, a little over a year later, we decided to get a puppy. They've been great about all the vaccines and puppy check ups. And when my new puppy decided to eat cardboard, they directed me to the emergency vet (literally sat on the phone until I was able to find the place on Google maps because I was so worried I couldn't think straight), and then checked up on us the next day. The only time I sometimes have to go somewhere else is for getting my animals spayed or neutered. The clinics are a lot more affordable when it comes to those procedures.”

“Awesome customer service and they were able to accommodate me on the purchase of a STI Edge that was in their shop on consignment. Their team of employees were phenomenal at their job and very knowledgeable when I asked questions about some of their other items in the shop. In the last three days, I have traveled to 30 to 40 shops in the Phoenix area and this one and their sister shop "The Vault" have to be my two favorite stops. Check them out!”

“I took my 9 year old son here to have someone their look at his pokémon collection and see if he has any good cards that are worth any money. He did which he was filled with excitement. We ended up going back a few days later and use the money to buy a more cards. My gentleman Wyatt who helped us out was awesome And he was super nice. He answered all of our questions and gave my son and I tips on how to tell if cards are fake or not and what to look for. I definitely recommend this place You can also play pokémon games there or magic the gathering.”
