“They Helped me out as a last Minute Request when my Grandmothers ride didn’t show on TurkeyDay. They showed up in 20 minutes and the fact that they had oxygen as hers ran out was even more helpful. James on the phone was absolutely amazing and worked with me as far as getting a driver & Keith-The Driver who picked her up was very patient, understanding and caring as we had a little troubles(not his fault). “I had an AWFUL experience for my first time renting with budget. I had a reservation for 5pm that I made online MONTHS prior. I landed and called the rental place and let the guy know I was coming at 4:18pm. I got to the rental place (the one inside the country inn) from the airport at 4:54pm to have the doors locked. I called this budget that was close by ( 6322 E Superstition Springs Blvd ) and luckily the girl was so kind and came and picked me up since I Ubered to the original location. A+++ service from this location. She was so kind and made sure I had everything I needed before she let me go and apologized that there was nothing in my class I rented but I was just happy to have a car for the weekend. She even technically stayed late! I had a prepaid reservation, called the guy and he still left. Horrible service from that location. If you aren’t going to stay for reservations you shouldn’t book them at that time. It’s not my fault it’s available. I rented November 7-10. Thank you to this budget for taking care of me.”

“I could no longer make it to the second level of my house. Guess age finally caught up to me. A friend told me about a stair chair (or lift as they call it) to help get me up the steps. Looked around quite a bit before making a purchase. After reaching out to a few companies, I came across Ameriglide Phoenix. The young man I spoke to was incredibly helpful. He explained that a stair lift wasn't as complicated as a process as I thought (or the other companies made it seem to be). No one had to come out and measure, he just needed to know some answers and said it could all be done through him online. Honestly thought he was out of his mind at first and was about to forget the lift all together, but the wife stepped in as usual and told me to to get it. I took the leap and went with these guys--as they were practically half the price--plus the guy on the phone put up with me way more than anyone should. Just had the chair installed last week, and it works great. No complaints so far. Plus the old lady is happy to have me off the couch, especially when she ain't the one who told me to go there.”
