“This was my first time using Starr Cleaning for my apartment carpet and my little area rug. Between my teenagers and little dog, it was just time to get it cleaned and smelling fresh again. Raul came and was super kind and professional. He was done really quickly. When i made my appointment they let me choose the time of day that worked best. On day of cleaning i got updates from Raul when he was on his way which was great since i work from home. The carpet looks great and smells good. The service was super affordable and the products they use are safe for my animals which was incredibly important to me. I will definitely be using them again for my annual carpet cleaning!”

“This place saved me $400 at least. The cheapest price quote from an AC company to come out on a Saturday and replace the condenser motor was $800. Eddie helped rule out the capacitor and helped mount a new motor to the grate and move the blades over when we brought in the old one. All done in short order on a Saturday for $300 (I got a new cap as well just to be sure). New motor works great and the unit is back up and running. Eddie was knowledgeable and empowering. I’ll be back to this place.”

“I had an excellent experience with the tool rental department. Very kind and accommodating for my situation. I had rented both a sod cutter and rototiller. After getting the sod cutting done, I went to do the rotor tilling and discovered I have not watered the ground as much as I have thought I had. There was no way I was going to be able to rotor till. When I went to return the sod cutter and rototiller, I explained that I would need to re-rent the rototiller in a few days, and the person who received my return gave me a full credit on the rototiller rental. Super kind and very much appreciated!”
