“We stayed here for a month and a half while I was working at the local hospital. It was very affordable and is an all age park. The park was very clean and quiet. It is fenced and gated with a code, and as a family of three with a young child, we felt very safe. The showers and laundry room and patio were modern and very clean, I would recommend it to young professionals and traveling families, as it was close to downtown restaurants and public transportation. We were close to many attractions and could easily get to well known hikes quickly.”

“Room was clean, no shampoo/conditioner samples, plenty of towels. A bit of foot traffic outside the room going back and forth, up and down stairs, on the second floor between 12 am - 5 am. Front office staff was the nicest lady w/great customer service last night and at check out. Overall, it was a great overnight stay and I would stay again.”

“My mom lives here and bought her place for only a couple thousand dollars! Sure it needed some fixing up, but over the years she has made it a nice little place. The lot rent is $500 per month. Not the fanciest trailer park but it is very clean and has a large community pool with huge bathrooms and showers and lots of community activities, free air, putting course, small dog park and a laundry room. They have pool tournaments all the time. Overall a nice little place for 55+”

“Copa mobile home park is safe feeling and well kept. Neighbors seem to respect and watch out for each other. The manger is warm and pleasant and inviting which is a blessing. The back drop can not be better. You truly are minute's from hiking, biking,,horse back riding, tubing, camping. Right on the foot hills of the Superstition Mountains you can not beat the views and the opportunity for endless out door exploring when starts to cool for the winter in Phoenix metro area. Copa mobile park is right on the Apache Junction and Mesa boarder. Which I absolutely adore. You have gas stations, all fast food, Walmart etc right here jn minutes with out the nightmare of traffic in the valley. So whether you need a place to park a trailer or a mobile home or to visit a loved one. I would give Copa mobile park a A. Truly a blessing for my family and our journey. The experience from the beginning has been amazing. Vanessa (Director) is so friendly and has put my mind at ease since the first day I dropped off my daughter. “First, I have to say that I do not like going to the dentist, but who does? Dr. Chris Payne and his staff always make me feel welcome. I originally called on a day that the office was closed so I called the Emergency number expecting an answering service at best. Dr. Payne answered on the second ring, took the time to talk with me, told me what to do and actually called later that day to make sure I was no longer in pain. I'm from the NY area no one does that! I went in today with no appointment, they found the problem and took care of it. The staff has a way of making you feel as if you're part of the "family" and you're the most important person to them when you're there. You will not find a more compassionate dentist anywhere and I've been to at least six dentists in the ten years I've lived in Arizona! Five Stars x two!”

“Hands down one of the most amazing trail riding experiences I’ve ever encountered. Mike over at AZ trail riding provided an exceptional experience. It was a completely relaxed ride regardless of rider experience level. Seeing so many wild horses was such a gift. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time and already know where we’re headed as soon as we get back to Arizona!! It was an experience worth every penny. These guys are amazing at what they do and you will have an awesome time with unforgettable views and great people!”

“UPDATE: Thank you to management for taking care of the below previous issue! Changed previous 2 stars to 4! PREVIOUS: It was a nice atmosphere until about a month ago, when up the street new tenants moved in, all of whom are FAR below the 55+ age this park is advertised to be, (appear to be teenagers or young adults). With these new tenants I have witnessed loud fighting, fist fight in the street, rock throwing, multiple different cars at all hours, etc. Not the peaceful environment it once was.”
