The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. My grandson loves it and asks for it by name at least twice a week. It's reasonably priced as well. So if you decide to give them a go, don't be deturred by the seemingly endless line of cars wrapped around the parking lot for the drive through. You'll barely have time to whip out your I phone to play a game or check the stock market before you're up at the huts where the perpetually friendly kids await to take your order with the precision of a master sword maker. Knuckle Sandwiches is simple and uniquely designed and they are always striving to improve the experience. The employees are nice and willing to lend a suggestion if needed. The sandwiches are good and it is by far my favorite sandwich spot in the East Valley. Where I gave it 4/5 stars is because of the consistency in quality. While I have not had a bad sandwich some are definitely fresher and better assembled than others. You should definitely support local and give them a try!”
