“Roof Medics is a top notch company to work with. They replaced my foam roof in February and I have zero complaints. The foreman was excellent and oversaw the quality of work and made sure everything was up to his high standards. They did not cut any corners. They re-installed my air conditioners in better shape then when they were removed for foaming. You could see the attention to detail in every step of the effort. I had four bids and their bid was the most reasonable and included a lot of extra items the other companies did not bid. They kept my pool protected and cleaned up the yard when finished each night. This is the second time I had my roof replaced i (last time 25 years ago), and this company far exceeded my expectations. I don't usually do reviews but in this case I felt it a must. “Back in 2017, after getting 3 quotes, I chose AZ Roofing Works. They were ‘t the cheapest but they weren’t the most expensive. What set them apart was their professionalism, customer service, and their expertise. They installed a new roof (using my old shingles), replaced quite a few eaves, and put down new layers. I was very impressed. Fast forward 5 years later in 2022, my roof is leaking in the garage after a big storm and I don’t know why. My husband notices that the front entrance eaves are water damaged. I don’t immediately assume it’s their fault because there could be a number of reasons for the leak. We just want it fixed, whether it’s under warranty or not. I called AZ Roofing Works again and they had an inspector come out THE SAME DAY!!! :) Then, their expert roofer came out maybe 2 days later, and within less than a week, they repaired my roof — FREE OF CHARGE. “Scott was very prompt to come inspect our roof after storm damage, accommodated our work schedule, and even came back a few days later, late in the day, to meet the field adjuster for the inspection. We were approved for an entire new roof. His crew did a wonderful job. The foreman was very nice and the crew worked all day until it was dark to complete the job. They came back the next day to put finishing touches and did a thorough clean up.
