  Being able to make an appointment ahead of time made my appointment go through smoothly. The customer service I received was wonderful. All the Staff were courteous and very friendly. Thank you also to the Nurse Practitioners who treated me with the utmost respect. Thank you!

  Efficient and professional.
  
  I really like the ability to set an urgent care walk-in time online and the updates that they give via text to let you know the time is still valid. That really reduces the time sitting in the waiting room.
  
  The facilities are always clean and well kept.

  Made an appointment online and was able to get in at 8:30 am, which was great timing. Check in was easy, was taken to a room within 10 minutes and had my weigh-in and vitals checked immediately. Practitioner was in within minutes. Conclusion was I most likely have the flu although the test was negative, I have had it for 5 days now and was told that it can last up to 2 weeks.
  She didn’t prescribe anything other than OTC and lots of fluids. That’s totally fine with me, not a fan of pills. Just have to weight it out. Luckily majority of my work is from home.
  Overall service was great, nice clean facility. They also put your name on whiteboard welcoming you, which was a nice touch.

  I checked online wait times as several urgent care facilities and chose This one because of the relatively shorter posted wait times, and proximity to my home. I was told when I arrived it may be a “few minutes” and I was seen within about 10. I was thrilled that the posted 60+\- minutes wasn’t going to be the case. The staff was friendly, listened, and efficient. I would go there again if needed. It was also a benefit that I am a member of the Honor Health Network because all of my records were available to the staff.

  I am so thankful that Honor Health has an built in urgent care option. My child was extremely ill and her PCP and other office providers did not have any openings. I was able to visit the same office and get the care my child needed. The urgent care staff was amazing and thanks to them, my child is feeling so much better!
