There's two classes, crossfit and fitness (more for beginners), and they are both physically challenging but can be modified for personal limitations. Everyone is friendly, and it feels more like a family unit than anything else. They have fun challenges from time to time as well. It's an all-around great place to go reach some goals! The owner, Chris welcomed her and made her feel comfortable when she was nervous since she was the only girl. He is very patient with the kids he trains and has a lot of experience boxing. “Cascades of ponds where ppl can fish. Which also attracts alot of ducks and swans. Recreational center with a small gym which is available for local residents. It has an indoor basketball court, wall climb, running area above the courts, rooms for computers, and etc.. Ton of green grass, skate park, water park for kids, and many baseball fields. Great place to take a break after running or biking on the skunk trail. Bathroom and water fountain included. Love this place!”
