“I have been using the Lake Pleasant Parkway branch for my banking needs for over a year and have been pleased with all of my visits. The tellers are very pleasant and efficient. Yesterday, I had an appointment with personal banker, Michelle Cerna, to handle closing my deceased mom's bank accounts. Michelle called me ahead of time to discuss my banking needs so that she could make sure my banking needs and to make sure I brought the necessary paperwork to complete the transactions. During the appointment she was efficient, kind (I was a little emotional due to the circumstances), and answered all of my questions patiently.”

“One night I heared some noise coming from the attic but I was to tired to check and thought there might be pigeons on the roof causing that noise. However, the next morning I went upstairs to the upper floor and found the attic door ajar. Alarmed but not sure what to do, I shouted I'm gonna get the police. I left the house and went to one of my neighbors, a Surprise police officer. Off duty she called Peoria police through the non emergency line. To my surprise, they showed up in less tan ten minutes with 3 police cars and 6 or 7 officers. I told them my story, as well as that an owner of my neighborhood found a broken window to their empty home with signs of someone stayed in there for a while a week ago. The officers told me to stay away from the house because if there is an escaped prisoner up there he might try to take hostages. Of course I allowed them to enter my house for a thorough search. With their hands on their weapons they sorrounded the house and started yelling some commands and warnings inside my home. After a while they came back and told me that they checked the entire attic as well as the house with all crawling spaces to make sure nobody was up there or hiding somewhere in the house. They didn't tell me whether they found signs that someone was up there. However, according to the follow up questions like whether I left the patio door open, I figured out they suspected someone might have escapped while I went to my neighbor and waited for the police to arrive. Despite they couldn't catch anyone, they all were very very friendly and professional. When I apologized and told them that I feel embarrassed for calling them for nothing, they tried to convince me that this was the correct thing to do. They even insisted that it was no problem and that they were happy to ease my mind. Thank you so much for your service and all you do to keep citizens safe!”

“I just moved into the neighborhood a few months ago, and the bulk pickup team exceeded my expectation beyond anything I'm used to. The trees in my yard were not trimmed since the last great depression, so they were a little bulky, leaving my pile up front a larger and out of spec than specified on the web site. To my surprise, the bulk pickup team in truck 2017 and front loader 2054 picked it all up without a complaint and asked if I had any more. I moved from a neighborhood where the HOA used Republic Services for bulk pickup, their rules were so strict, many a time my bulk trash pile was just driven past because the tree branches were a little too long. I tried giving them some money to buy lunch, but they wouldn't accept. Couldn't be happier.”
