When my tires arrived they put them on and charged me as little as possible. I returned for my 50 mile retorque to be told nobody ever did that. Glad I did cuz I don't want to risk my warranty. “A bad end over end crushed my roll cage and bent the frame. I was referred by a fabrication friend to Direct ATV. They fixed the frame, built a new cage, roof and replaced parts. Bradley was very helpful with our recent visit as we had a couple of small issues with our 2021 Yukon Denali. He was great at keeping us up to date with the status of the vehicle via text, set us up with a rental vehicle so they could order the part needed and also looked into a clicking noise that intermittently happens with the driver’s seat. (He even rode around in the parking lot with me in 110 degree heat with no AC so he could be sure to hear it!). We purchased our vehicle from another dealership in the valley but will continue to make the drive over to this one for their service!”

I had paid someone A LOT of money to rebuild my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 and after 6mo of waiting for it to be finished, I found out the person basically stole my money and did nothing to the vehicle. This truck is very special to me as it was the first vehicle I bought and paid off by myself, so I didn't just want to chalk it up to a loss and sell it. I contacted AZ Motor Trendz to see if they could help in completing the project..well I should say start and finish the project as it was now in worse condition that when I gave it to the first person.
