“In response to the complaint by Ms Simm, there was no effort made to contact me to resolve the apparent complication to the surgery. We attempted to conact Ms Simm after reading her review to no avail. We do everthing within our power to help our patients, alleviate their pain, and solve the problems that are presented to us. “I cannot say enough about PAH & especially Dr Crowe. Dr Crowe is so very patient & kind & treats my dogs like her own. My girl is a rescue that came to me with some trauma history. She has severe separation anxiety from me & in the 6 years I've had her has made leaps & bounds with her overall anxiety. However, vet appointments are scary for her & combined with the dramatic husky in her, vet appointments can result in a little drama. I always have to bring both pups into appointments together even if it's only one being seen because they don't like to be apart. Dr Crowe is just so very patient & thorough. She has detected things other vets never did. She cares for animals & is genuine. And even when my pup initially wants nothing to do with her & tries to avoid an exam, Dr Crowe is caring & understands. She even praises her for being a good girl. I can't imagine life without my duo and am thankful they have a vet that is so attentive & loving. I trust her & know they're always in great hands & that she will do everything to ensure they are healthy & live the longest life possible. My pups are my world! And I am grateful we found a vet that is so compassionate. After the scary vet appointment, my pups got a pupcup and all is better and they're living their best life. My girl will always be a little dramatic, that's just her. But she and all her dramatics are what make her her. And I wouldn't have it any other way! My pups make my life so much better in every way! And it's people like Dr Crowe that make a difference in this world. She (my dog) may be a drama queen, but that's just one of the things I love about her. It's ok to call her dramatic. I wouldn't have it any other way. She's always a bright light in my life...drama and all 🤣”

I also LOVE that they hold some emergency appointments open in the mornings. The puppy packages are great, and really cover the important things as well as the shots for life program. All of my furry babies are on these programs. I promise I do not work for them and I was not paid, I just find a good value in amazing vet!”

“I have had 4 fur babies in for spay and neuter now. Each time was an amazing experience. Very thoughtful and caring staff and doctors. No surprise charges, everything was smooth. I highly recommend this clinic. My only regret is they don't offer any regular visits, such as ears or skin. My big dog didn't even want to come home, she wanted to stay with Dr Rice lol. “We were skeptical bringing our pet here due to the reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised with our experience. We had to bring our dog in around 12:30 AM because she had ingested something and wasn’t moving, pale, etc. They took her in within a few minutes of arriving, updated us within another 20-30 minutes that she was stable. We were finally able to see her 2:30-3 AM. We ended up leaving pretty late and came back in the morning for her- but honestly, the staff was so kind and understanding even with frustrated guests around them and a packed waiting room. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“I am thankful in finding this vet hospital. I take all my pets here. They have a caring staff which is one of my top five must haves in a vet. And my #1 is the quality of care. I had no problem in leaving my cat over night. when he was attacked by another animal leaving deep bite wounds. He Needing close care, I knew he would be in good hands. Sense he's had a full recovery with no issues from the surgery and care he had done from our vet we chose in this office. They call and check up on them regularly like a good vet should. Thanks to all the staff for my Buddy the family cat.”

“Very well trained and informative staff. Lots of love and care for the kindness and we'll being of animals. Took my Jack Russell in for a hematoma in her ear. Not only did they address that problem with corrective surgery they are also trying to help her with allergies so that she can love a better life. They keep you well informed of your pets progress and of tests results. Extremely nice people to work with.”
