We were skeptical bringing our pet here due to the reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised with our experience.
We had to bring our dog in around 12:30 AM because she had ingested something and wasn’t moving, pale, etc. They took her in within a few minutes of arriving, updated us within another 20-30 minutes that she was stable. We were finally able to see her 2:30-3 AM. We ended up leaving pretty late and came back in the morning for her- but honestly, the staff was so kind and understanding even with frustrated guests around them and a packed waiting room. I would definitely recommend this place.
My son's service dog passed away suddenly early in the morning. We took him to blue pearl for cremation. They were so compassionate and understanding. We were relocating out of state the next day and worked with us to get the remains back. My son was very traumatized by the whole thing and having his best friend back has been a big help in his transition.
I brought my baby in for a snake attack and they did everything in their power to help. In the end he had to be put to sleep and it was so hard but the staff there make it tolerable for you. The Male doctor we had was fantastic and so honest. Thank you.
I had to unfortunately take my dog to the emergency vet due to blood. She was 15 with kidney disease already so I knew this visit could be the last. The doctor found cancerous tumors, something two previous vets did not. She asked more questions and spent more time learning about the dogs condition than any of my previous vets. I really got a sense that they cared. At the end of the day I had to make a tough choice to euthanize, they made the whole process easy and were kind. I appreciate the care provided, even though I wish it was never needed.
